Ground Turkey Queso Dip by PinchMeTwice.com

I loveeee a good dip, the cheesier the better. This Ground Turkey Queso Dip can be made in no time, and it’s a perfect appetizer to kick off your Super Bowl party.

I..ahem..borrowed this cheese dip idea from my Father in-law. He makes a delicious version of this dip without the meat, and lets his crock pot do all the work. I have yet to purchase a crock pot, so I went ahead and melted my cheese on the stove. I also added in taco seasoned ground turkey and Mexican hot sauce to kick it up a notch. The results are epic. Make sure you check out my quick video tutorial, which is currently my favorite vid that I’ve made so far.

Ultimate Cheesy Quesadilla Recipe by PinchMeTwice.com

Some time ago on Instagram I posted a quick recipe for the Ultimate Grilled Cheese sandwich. Today I decided to see how a quesadilla version of this sandwich would taste. I made this Ultimate Cheesy Quesadilla by mixing shredded cheese, sour cream, cream cheese and a few spices to kick it up. I then cut the quesadillas into wedges and served them with my favorite salsa.

Quesadillas are a favorite of mine because there are sooo many different ways you can make them. I like adding in some chorizo, shredded chicken or even ground beef. Although today I chose to keep the ingredients simple, these quesadillas are packed with flavor. Check out this super easy and delicious recipe.

Fried Mac and Cheese Bites

Hey everyone, I’ve gotten a couple of requests for a mac and cheese recipe. Today I’m bringing you my simple stove-top macaroni and cheese recipe. This is my go-to whenever I’m making a quick dinner and need a yummy side dish. This recipe is creamy, cheesy, and so easy to make.

In my recipe I use pepper-jack, as well as sharp cheddar, but you can substitute any cheese that you like. It’s pretty much the first step in many baked mac and cheese recipes. Usually you would pour this mac into a baking pan, top it with more shredded cheese, and then put it in the oven.

Anyway, I had some mac leftover when I made this, so I decided to make Fried Mac & Cheese Bites. If you’ve ever been to Cheesecake Factory, they have something similar on their appetizer menu. These are a lot of fun to make, and they are DELICIOUS, so prepare for them to go really fast.
